In the event of a dispute regarding any entry, the entry will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry (i.e., the person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address). The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify this sweepstakes in whole or part at anytime without notice, if, in its sole discretion, it determines that for any reason the sweepstakes can not be run as originally planned or if there is fraud, or any other occurrences which have compromised the fairness or integrity of the sweepstakes or if any factor interferes with conduct of this promotion as contemplated by these Official Rules. All entries become the property of the sponsor and none will be acknowledged or returned. No correspondence will be entered into except with selected potential winner who will be notified by mail. 4. TO WIN: Winners will be selected in random drawings of online entries beginning July 23, 2004. One winner will be chosen each day for 90 days from among all eligible entries by CIBA Vision, whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to this sweepstakes. Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received. If winner is from Canada, then to be declared a prize winner, the selected entrant must first correctly answer, without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical, electronic or otherwise, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question to be administered by telephone at a pre-arranged, mutually convenient time. If the skill-testing question cannot be administered and correctly answered within 14 days of the draw, the prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate entrant. In the event that the Potential Winner is a minor, a parent/legal guardian will be required to sign and return a parent Permission Form and Release. All winners will be required to complete an Address Verification /Prize Acceptance Form within 10 days of attempted delivery of same. Noncompliance within this time period or return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected.
